Hello,

All these are provided for free by ForuMotion. ForuMotion also uses their own kind of coding, which mostly eliminates PHP coding Wink
Which because of this custom coding, and no DB Access, means we cannot install 'plugins', 'addons' and additional features alike true phpbb software Wink

Ill be quite specific with each of these.

Basically, the answer to the question is;
No, you cannot install these because they require access to certain things that we don't have access to. Including the DB ( DataBase ).

The phpFreeChat; that requires PHP - ForuMotion doesn't support PHP coding, our foruming system isn't supported by php, but merely 'mirrored'.
You also need to "install" it, which requires DB ( DataBase ) access; not possible.

The OSTicket; I've never heared of it lol.
I assume seeing as theres a 'download' button that you have to 'install' or 'integrate' it into your forum, again, using some access to the DB ( DataBase ); again, there's no way we can access it, thus we cannot 'install' it.

I hope this has cleared it up a fair bit Wink

To install osTicket, your web server must have PHP 4.3 (or better) and MySQL 4.1 (or better) installed. If you are unsure whether your server meets these requirements, please check with your host or webmaster before proceeding with the installation.

You will need one MySQL database with valid user, password and hostname handy during installation. MySQL user must have FULL privileges on the database. If you are unsure whether you have these details or if the user has sufficient permissions, please consult your host or database admin before proceeding.

osTicket requires that the PHP directive short_open_tag be on. Depending on your server permission level - the directive can be set on in the file php.ini, .htaccess or httpd.conf.

Pretty much... You dont have any of these ^^
