Posting messages with [Tags]

In the forum bbs.battlecn.net when you create a post, you are able to add a tag to the front of the post. It is also a requirement to select a tag before posting. it looks like this


Before clicking Send to confirm the post, it will prompt you if you did not select a tag, i want to make it like that on my forum d2asia-usa.net which is a trading forum. the reason for the tags is that it will help organise the posts accordingly and make it easier to recognise if something is a buy or a sell.

If anyone knows how to do this please let me know thanks!
