Solved How to get generic text?

Hi,

I would like to know from where I can get the list of generic texts in forumotion. Somewhere I saw some generic codes, which when inserted in PM/ newsletter, get converted to something else. eg., some code converts to the total number of posts in the board, some converts to total number of members, some to the username etc. I am currently using invision. Can you please help?
