Color Changing problem! Empty Color Changing problem!

Hey,
Guys you see my site's backround won't change color no matter what I do with the Colors. I change it to blue it doesn't change to blue. There is too much green, I recently moved my forum to PHbb3 because I wanted the profile position on the right. When I changed and started changing color for the backround it wouldn't work! I need help! Sad Sad

That looks like an image, it could be in the Pics Managment or could be in your CSS.
