Admin CP missing

Well one of my friends created a forum using Forum Motion as his host and he made me admin. The problem is that he created me an admin but no matter how many times I refreshed the page, there wa no link to the admin CP. He even gave me 'Admin's' password so I could check but he did make me an admin. Am I missing something here?

He probably changed your rank admin but he didn't put you in the admin group.
If your not a different color or your in your own group, ask if he can double check.

USe that to access the admin panel. Remove any codes that you lately added after which the admin panel link disappeared.

I'm already an admin. It was just that I wasn't in the group. But can someone explain to me in full detail on how to transfer the main administration?

What are you talking about? The first post in this thread you said something else & now you changed your query to something else.

You can't 'transfer' the main admin (founding) account.

As Sanket has already suggested, once your in your admin panel, remove any codes you have recently added to see if your Admin Panel link returns.
