Admin missing...what should we do? NEED HELP

I'm a member of a fan forum for a certain figure skater.
Our admin(only have one it seems IPs all the same) have been missing for a few months. Mods have been PM & e-mailing but no response, their posts seem not to have even reached them.
We only have 1 active mod at the moment.
The other 2 mods we have...1 is the same person as the admin, the other missing.

We have been being attacked by a troll for over a week or so, constantly.
We can't ban him cause our admins aren't coming to the rescue.
The 1 active mod we have can do only but erase the trolls posts.

We are really in trouble.
Could someone please advise us a solution?

Btw, our forum even with no admin is quite active, we'd like to keep it if it's possible.

I think only administrators of the support forums can solve this problem.

Shinku, I'm sorry to hear about the troll being do despicable.
Unfortuntally, there is only 1 method that can assist you, which is to recover a new founder -
If the founder has been absent for over 6 months, then please PM Typlo ( An admin here ) and explain the situation that your admin has been absent for over 6 months, and I'm sure he'll help you out, and get you into the admin account

However, if your admin hasn't been absent for over 6 months, unfortunately there is nothing we, the members, the moderator's, Typlo, or even the company can do, you just have to wait the 6 months out to get access to the admin account.

Now I understand how it works...6 months!
We'll all check again since when he or she's been missing, if it's less than 6 months, we'll wait until then. If it's been half an year already, I'll contact Typlo.
