If I change anything to do with my theme.... NEED TECHNICIANS ATTENTION!

If I change anything on my theme (banner, new theme etc) then it goes weird and is all to the left with not one image.

Help? My theme is the default to everyone else and I want to change it so it's not. But if I change my theme to goes weird.

This is really important, my members are leaving..

I TRIED TO POST IN 'Need a technician' BUT I COULDN'T!!

Whats the tool and where?

NOTE:! I went on a proxy and it looks normal, but without proxy on my computer, the background is white, nav bar is to the left, it's just all not right.. But on a proxy and another computer it's fine, I'm so confused!!!

NOTE2:! I went on my forum without the my personal domain, and it's working on there, but not on my personal domain?
