Hi. I hope this is in the right place. I am having a devil of a time adding smilies. Do you download them to the computer first and click upload? I do that and I get an error message stating that there is no picture selected. Very confused. Please help.

For installing smileys use a url link.

For example : https://help.forumotion.com/users/3412/19/22/63/smiles/951938.gif = :wouhou:
