Section invisible to users

Well I don't want to be leaching off of this website, but I am no help to you guys. I have another problem, my section "General Discussion" doesn't show up at all to my users. It only shows up to ME and ONLY when I'm logged in. Its supposed to be the third one down, so whats the deal?

I've tried re making it and moving it around. Still does the same thing. Please help.

Admin Panel > General > Categories and Forum

After that search for the icon use the advanced mode, and check the view forum and read forum.

I went to "View the forum and its messages : " and put ALL, still doesn't work.

EDIT-I just went in, did the same but hit the save button at the very bottom of the page. Now it works. Sweet, thanks a million.

I open your forum as guest and I can see it.
