Question about affiliates and their images
Hello.
I have another inquiry. We'd like to affiliate with this other site, but before doing so we wanted to ask a question first to prevent problems down the road.
When one views this website through browsers Firefox and IE, we have noticed a bit of a difference in the way each one displays this website that we'd like to affiliate with. It's an adult chat website, but not that "kind" of adult website, no porn whatsoever. (It's not a forumotion site.) It's just a bunch of adults talking about everyday stuff.
Anyway, the ads are different depending on which browser you are using. For instance, if I use IE to access their site, the (Google) ad displays a photo of a woman who is dressed in a dress, but the way in which she is posing is seductive. But, when using other browsers, that photo doesn't appear. In fact, Firefox shows no Google ads at all. The ad blocker is great.
Our question is: Can we get shut down for having a link to another website that show’s ads like that?

No, you are not responsible for anything that happens on the external site, Just be sure to state that to your members, or else you could have a case on your hands
