anyone can tell me how to activate my Icons for Topic my forum not show the icon
i posts a new topic but its not show New Posts pls tell me how to activate this icons

It looks like it shows new post, or no new post. it looks like it is working fine.

It will not show new post for the person that last posted because you are the one that made the post or the topic. It will show when a user views it.
