Proglass Theme Troubles

For my forum, I use the proglass theme. I really like the theme's style and layout. However, I have tried the normal way of adjusting the forum width and it does not work. I change it from 840 to 1024 and nothing changes. Then, the next thing I know, it says 840 again! Also, when I use a rather tall banner vertically, the forum does not adjust itself and the banner overlaps the forum categories list. My forum is at http://pixova.forumotion.com/. Any ideas?
