I want to add a youtube,facebook,twitter link to the top of the page and a bunch of tools at the bottom.

I want it to look something like this.

You need very advanced forms of HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

It takes template editing to add criteria to the footer of your forum. Since it appears that you have phpBB2 (considering that only phpBB2 and punBB have template editing), you are able to add a footer. However, I'm not acknowleged with template editing; you'll have to wait for someone smart to come around and help you out with that. Lol
