Solved Award Icons

I have just set up my award system thanx to you lovely peeps in here!
now my next mission is badges or awards for 1st 2nd 3rd and I have a top poster award.
I cant find anything with google. Any help on places to find such things?

I would like them to be symbolized as a trophy but at this rate I will take any suggestions.

aslo If I may ask another question...can we add smilies to our site? and if so how?
