Do your free forums allow guests and unregistered users to view and download attachments?

Yes, if you do this:

ACP // General // Forum // Categories and Forums // Click on desired forum // Permissions // Advanced Mode // Check "Delete its own messages and attachments" and "Download Attachments" for "Guests". // Save //

Why is the Download Attachments checkbox grayed out and unchecked on my forum (on every category)???

Its not possible to allow guest to download attachments.
