Admin control panel

I cant access some of the stuff in the admin control panel. My friend is the one that actually activated the forums, but he can access stuff like Overall_footer, and i cant. Is there a way to fix this?

Templates, deleting the forum,credit management, changing the founder account information are only accessed by the founder.

Is it possible for the founder to also make me the founder?

Unless he/she gives you access to the account or by transferring the account over. He/she would need to make a new account or switch with you.

Or if he/she wants to give you the pass to there account.
but i highly recommend no founder ever do this.
