Sub Account Feature

I would like to make a RPG forum where people can have many diffrent characters, and having one main account and then one sub account for each character.

Is there a feature that allows this? Ive been looking for a host that provides this for free and with no downloads (as I use my mum's Mac, my 10yr old laptop and a public comp), and have had no luck. So I decided to just jump in and ask.

Do you have any sugestions as to how I could do a similar thing without this feature? I realy wanted to be able to have sub accounts (or somthing silmilar) to make things easyer.

The only refrences ive found to them so far are about PS3 sub accounts and on non-free hosts.
