issues with some functions not working

some members are reporting problems with facebook connects. also members can not message eachother or add friends properly... am I missing something.

It's a problem with the Facebook itself, I guess they're fixing it soon.

I had a feeling. but as far as the forum.. my members cant add or message each other and the special tags they had for rank disapeared, they used to work.

I don't know but, online sites are not always stabilized so sometimes, some functions are not working, so we'll have to wait for it.

thanks let me know if there are any changes cause we have a time sensitive cause we are fighting for.

As far as each problem concerns, can you please be more specific?
Is there any errors being received, what's happening - are they being taken to another page?
What facebook error pops up?

one member a moderator of my forum wanted to add her website..
when I click on her website icon, I get this;

Server not found

Firefox can't find the server at www.youtube.

but my firefox can access www.youtube.com so its not a permissions thing.
and she did type it right.

I know for a fact that two moderators tried to add me and I never got the requests, and they never got mine.. no error shows up.. it just stays on that page until I redirect it elswhere

it seems some of the facebook ones are starting to work now.

Could you try re-doing the friends requests?
Make sure you check that their not already friends, or in the foes list, and carefully check the awaiting list.

Ok, most of the facebook ones are working again but the comments part keeps showing up in all the forums.. and blocking out important info.. how do I force the facebook comments to stay only on the main page?

By re-reading your post it appears that the ".com" was missing.
Glad to see the friends issue was resolved.

The moderators website was fixed. somehow the link was just broken.. So I found her site myself and redid it for her. It works now.

I am not familiar with taking a typical screenshot so I hope this will suffice. Its located in the same place on every forum including the main one. this is of a sub forum walkthrough page for new members. halfway down the page is the same facebook comments box as the main forum page.. I would prefer that it didn't run into or over my forum topics and just be in the forums. I may not have done it right.. and I am even more lost at the facebook apps site.. no one has responded at all to my questions there.

I expect that my forum will get extremely busy over the next month or so.. but as huge as it gets, I hope our cause will be resloved at that time it may disolve all together or turn into something new..

what should I expect If there is alot of traffic will it cost me? just curious... I have had to learn alot of information over a very short time.. and not everything is remembered so smoothly.

the comments are back.. I guess facebook is working on them still.. but it locked me out of my own forum.. why has my warning level changed? what did I do?
