One of my users has a problem

I have a user, when he types this web address (turkish.forumotion.com) in his browser it redirects him to forumotion.com (yes, he tried it in Explorer and Firefox). He has been a member since august and this is the first time it has happend. I even e-mailed him a link to the forum, but still, when he clicked on it, it took him to the Forum Motion home page. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
