Announcements and Sticky topics in seperate tables!

Post by identityproof on August 20th 2010, 4:45 pm

Yep, according to the topic http://help.forumotion.com/other-problems-f46/possible-t76511.htm it isn't possible to split global announcements and stickies in a seperate table.

I'm suggesting for this to be possible! I hate it when the forums are so messed up! I'm sure the technicians can figure how to do this! Its real simple! I'm trying to improve Forumotion forums and prove all the others who hates Forumotion wrong!

WHO'S WITH ME! Very Happy
THAN VOTE!

I'd rather know what I'm looking at rather than knowing it's your first suggestion Wink

Otherwise, not a too bad idea Wink

You should change the title of this topic to something that describes your suggestion.

Anyways, I vote yes.

I'm sorry but isn't possible TT I try to edit this template topics_list_box , but this is the only variable that delineates sticky topics from other topics :
Code:
{topics_list_box.row.END_TABLE_STICKY}
There is no solution to separate sticky topics from other topics , but you can do so that all topics will be bounded to each other , and using variables , the sticky topics will appear with another picture and will always be first fufufu
However, that would be valid only for phbb2 and punbb TT
