Take This Site For Example Click HereTo View Example Site
It Has Like (Rules & Info) & (Report A Problem) & (Yoville Game Forum)
It Has Like That To Separate It All

Now Look At My Site All The Catogories/Topics Are All Together
I Wanna Know How To Seperate It Click Here To View My Site Please Help :/

Ah, you're doing it wrong. Each of the separate things is a separate forum. But anyway, you want to head to:

Administration Panel > Display > Index Packing

that should get you in the right area.
