I share for you

first
create a new sub forum thread called hot (or hot post)
and the forum should be hidden by the member (except moderators)
and the moderator should be able to moderate the sub-forum

create a portal (if already there) add news to your portal
and editing the news to the sub forum hot threads

if the work is complete let the moderators move posts
which had reached many of the comments

and that's my advice

example hot thread / post in www.kaskus.us hot

saya membagikan untuk kamu

pertama
buat sub forum baru bernama hot thread (atau hot post)
dan forum itu harus tersembunyi oleh member (kecuali moderator)
dan moderator harus bisa memoderasi sub forum tersebut

buat portal (jika sudah ada) tambahkan news ke portal anda
dan edit news tersebut ke sub forum hot threads

jika selesai biarkan moderator bekerja memindahkan posting
yang sudah mencapai banyak komentar
