Problem with IP's

(Sorry about the misleading tittle, wasn't sure on what to make it ;/)

Hello, I've been looking around my Administration Pannel for awhile looking for the option that limits the accounts you can make by IP.

There is a thing to block ip's, but thats the closest thing.

you could just tell them not to or ban/delete the account that they make?

Well, I've activated it before, it disallows the user to create more than _____ accounts by their IP.

oh i think i get it, so your just looking for that area in the admin panel?

they might not still have it. i'll look too.

but any ways, are you sure it's and ip thing thats keeping you from makeing another page, not an E-mail thing?

Well, what I did is activate it and made it 1 account per IP address each day. I'm trying to find that again to raise the number.

Well i guess just try it with a diffrent E-mail just to be sure, if that doesn't work then i don't know what you could do.

One of the ways is going to admin panel>display>skins>choose a theme> on the thing that says "hitskin.com", "skins", and "version", click version> the filled in circle will be your forum type.
