How can I prevent mods from erasing, or deleting my (the admin's) user comments in the "Admin/Mod Comment"???

No, it's not possible for both, mods will be able to modify the admin/mod comment

Then I guess the best way would be to create an Rpg field....it wouldnt be too bad if the member can see his notes....will it?

I think the best idea would be to suggest the possibility of disallowing moderators from using the notes sheet, or disallowing certain moderators from using the notes sheet.

I know all too well how much fun they have tampering with them.

Would you like a member to complain 24/7 that he/she doesn't want a warning or a black mark on their account? Not just that, but EVERYONE is allowed to see his/her account. So that is also privacy abuse as well as un-moral.

How do I prevent Mods from writing in the notes?? that would be the perfect solution...

My forum is new and the mods dont do anything yet, so I am trying to get everything situated before problems can possibly occur :-)

Unfortunately all mods are allowed to write in them, which is a big problem for me as well because I have atleast 3-4 different mod statuses.

Like I said, the best you can do now is suggest the probability in the suggestions section of this site.
