How to make subforum go down not in the side?

Can someone please tell me how to make subforums small and in neat rows like that? I would really appreciate it.

You edit the forums and in the description you put in the links and right and and left align with a code.

Then that would mean i would have to make hidden forums or a whole new site and paste the links. I want them to show up on the site. I want them to work just like a normal thread or subthread but be really small. So i can move threads and stuff to it.

Right now when i make a new subforum it looks like this:
