Show the Portal? Always NO! why? Empty Show the Portal? Always NO! why?

Ok, I click many times the YES! and click SAVE! in Portal configuration.

And the message when I click save said: Portal configuration successfully updated

But! Why everytime I check my Page...

No Portal at all! and the Portal configuration : Show The Portal goes NO! again! is this a bug???

I'm using Firefox and I try it on my IE7. Not working!... Neutral

This was happening to me the other day...

It took a few hours to show up, and for my changes to take effect.
