Activity points and domain name

Hi,

I understand this has been a topic that was discussed before. However, after spending quite sometime searching, I still have not gotten consolidated info about this. Hence, the new topic.

What I know :
- forums are given a free domain name based on their activity points.
- some forums have achieved this feat with activity points of around 2000.
- domain name can be purchased for 1600 credits (not quite interested in this at the moment)
- My forum currently has activity points of 6000+.

What I'd like to know:
- the exact activity point requirements to receiving the free domain name.
- the process of going about this.

Appreciate any answers in this matter. If it's already addressed, kindly direct me to the thread.

Well both the points that you ask are unknown as we don't want forums to be spammed, hence just keep checking in the admin panel if you are allowed to buy a domain name.

What is the activity points for except buying a domain?

Well in the forumotion directory, the higher the activity points the higher it will be listed in a certain category.
