Help with descriptions

Hello all,

I have a question concerning descriptions in the forums.

I know how to set them up, but what I'm looking for is codes for the templates.

My forum is going to be an RP forum and I'm used to seeing the first post always being at the top of the post list. What I want to do is to have the description always at the top of the list of posts no matter how posts are sorted. This will serve as a means for players to always know the setting of the topic are RPing in. This will greatly help out in my forum and I would really appreciate any feedback anyone can give me.

I am using phpbb2 format.

As an alternative, if the description cannot be always at the top, I would like to know the code to always keep the first post at the very top of the post list regardless of the post sorting.
