being the admin how do you read the pms of other people so you know that they are not breaking the rules and secretly advertising?

all i wanted to ask is that how do you know if someone advertised by pm and gets away with it?

The user will post a screenshot as a proof to you, simple as that.

Why to threaten people? They can just report to you if someone spams.

Yes some might not care to report it, but there is no other way.
