Post Title Length & Solved

Hello, When I try and make a post on any of my forums it requires that the title be within 10 and 255 Characters. I think 10 is far too big of a title for a post and 255 is outrageously not needed, is there some way to change the required amount?

Is there some mod I can add on my forum for a topic icon "Solved" for things such as a support forum, this would help me sort things out more easier.

yes you can add any number you want where the 10 is.. I use 4 my self.

as far as your solved button,

Got to

Admin panel>display>pics management>topic icons>create

Just upload your image to servimg.com or another image host like imageshack.com and use the direct image link.
Also be sure to select all other setting you wish in there as well.

If you have it set for members then it will be like it is here when you go to start a post or edit a post you will see the solved image.

oh sorry. i thought you knew where the setting was.

Got to

Admin panel>messages and emails>configuration

scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to [TOPICS]
Then you can set it there, then hit save.. be sure to check out all the other options on the page as well and set as you wish
