PM's not sending

I have a few members complaining that their PM's sit in their outboxes without sending for sometimes a couple of days before they are finally sent. What causes this, and how do i fix it?

Ask them did they just click review and then leave? Or they click on the sent email. Sometime forum is different , the button is in the different other.

If they are click on the Sent it , so maybe I don't know about that.

No, it was sent like it always is. sometimes it goes thru right away and sometimes it sits there for hours or a day. It wouldn't be in their outbox if it was not sent.

It stays in the outbox until the receiver reads it

The outbox is there to notice you when your PM has been read.

Thanks, but that has to be incorrect, because when i send PM's they go immediately, and don't sit in my outbox until the person reads it...They are in the outbox while SENDING, and then they go to the sent box.

That said, I'm back to my original question: Why do some PM's remain, UNSENT in the outbox for a long period of time?

But this is how it works.
You send the PM, it goes in the outbox.
When the person reads it, it goes in the sentbox.

If it's in the outbox, that simply means the person you sent it to hasn't read it yet.
