Image descripition in CSS Empty Image descripition in CSS

So here is image bwi and when you put your mouse on that it says "bwi"
so i need to know how to do that in CSS for any image? PLEASE
(so if this helps its like hover text) i know how to make it in HTML but dont know how in CSS HELP PLS !

It's nothing to do with your css..
When you add a new smiley, It says "Smiley Emotion"
Type in there what you want it to be when it hovers..
