Domain Only Works Sometimes

Hi, I have had a domain name at my website: www.the-gathering.top-talk.net for a while now. Under that domain it exists simply under my own registration as: www.the-gathering.net.

My problem is that there are select times throughout the day where I can type in my own registered domain without it reverting back to top-talk, but for the most part (2/3rds of the day probably), it always redirects to top-talk which I think looks unprofessional and would like to fix.
