Do you mean like here Updates and new features ?

If you want to replace the comments link by a button, it should be possible via templates.

Are you using phpBB2 or PunBB ?

Hey..
Go to
ACP - Display - Templates - General - topics_blog_box -
Find:
Code:
<a href="{topics_blog_box.row.U_VIEW_TOPIC}#comments">{L_COMMENTS}</a>

Replace it with:
Code:
<a href="{topics_blog_box.row.U_VIEW_TOPIC}#comments">Read more....</a>
