need help with: background fix,cursor change and hidden title

Well i will list up my problems^^

1.on my site (www.cfoc.fullboards.com) is the background not fixxed i used "fix background" in administration panel
it worked but i still cant see the whole picture, so i googled and found a topic here what says "insert a html code bla bla"
i edit the html code in to let the picture be in the center of the forum well it worked , but i still CANT see the whole picture , any other ideas?? if you want to watch www.cfoc.fullboards.com

2.how to change the cursor of my forum i found a lot of sites with codes and some icons and many other stuff
so i found a html code , i searched google where to add the html code some one here said i have to edit it in the discription on general settings , i did that but nothing happend
may anyone can help me here too?

3. i made all my topics hidden exept 1 , so if anyone who isnt logged on in the forum visit the site he only can see the chat box and 1 topic, is there anyway to make a big title what says "PLEASE LOG IN FIRST BEFORE YOU CAN SEE THE WHOLE FORUM" and if he logged on the BIG TITLE left?
