profile registration questions

I have altered the website question to "real name" and yet the text after the field during registration is "This field must contain an internet address" is there any way to remove this?
Also I have been getting new members to approve who have not filled in all of the questions yet the tickbox compulsary for registration is ticked, is it possible to disallow any members who do not answer all the questions from registering?
