Posting inability Empty Posting inability

Posting area is messed up so that I can't see the buttons right, or can not post at all.
For two of the forums I am in the buttons look like they belong in an old version of windows. I have a Mac osx 10 so the buttons should look bubbled. Then on the third from I can not see the posting box at all and I think it could reach out to the first and second ones. What is this, and how can I fix it?

You only have to watch the topics that retains to your problem then. You don't have to post in EVERY topic.
