Reducing Members Signature Lines ? Empty Reducing Members Signature Lines ?

Hi all

We would like to know if it's possible to restrict members on our forum having too many lines in their signatures?

We currently have a member that shows a photo as well as two lines of text which makes each post look a little untidy (wouldn't be quite so bad if it was just a thumbnail) firstly is it possible to stop members inserting 1) photos & 2) anything more than one sentence of text?

Can someone guide us through this if we can?
