Having a sub-page with a similar layout as the home page

I'd like to have a sub-page with the same background, header and menu bar (with "home", "faq", "profile" etc) as the home page. I attempted to do so by copy-pasting the CSS code in the HTML code between <style type="text/css" media=screen> and </style> but this only changed the background.

Are you talking about an HTML page? If so, then it's possible to have the same background, header and menu bar. All you need to do is create a new HTML page or modify an existing one and select the option "Do you wish to use your forum header and footer ? : Yes"
