Finding a member by ip or e-mail adress?

Hi is there a way to find a member his ip or e-mail?

i have over 2500 members, is there away an easier way to find it?

if you know a members email, go into admin>>>users and grousp>>>>users and put the email in the search for a user box.

What if they don't put their Email in the Box?
Well , I only have 1 way to view their IP.
Around their posts , they will show th IP Button , click on it and you will see it.

the emails of members is always in the admin panel memberlist. The only problem there is if a member emails you from a different email than the one they register with.
