fix bugs on phpbb 3 before any other update

i been waiting for months to move over the phpbb 3, but i cant move over untill these bugs are fixed
First one

I cant centre my logo or even move it left or right

second one

When you make your internet explorer page smaller this happens? which i think is very off putting for people who use the forum, what if the people only use laptops it will look all messed up soo i think you need a fix a logo option so this dont happen.

third one

i would like to see a option to make the lines full lines instead od half lines

i cant use phpbb 3 while this happens

I close this topic because all the things you are talking about aren't bug. It is the comportment of phpbb3.
You can change the display of your forum by editing the CSS.
One solution was gived on phpbb 3 problem with the logo

So please don't create a lot of topics, it's not a bug.
