White background, white text?

I have white text for my forum, but when people either write messages, comments, or post topics, it's a white background. How do I change the background for that?

You can change some backgrounds and font colors in Display >> Colors
Have you tried?

I'm sorry but that made no sense to me

I can't use CCS, whats with the spoiler? And I was wondering where in colors.

Drop-down menu, form fields and header border color :
