Need help finding Admin panel
I am new to Forumotion and forums in general. I have setup a simple forum and I've added users, but I can not see a admin panel noted anywhere. Maybe I am missing it or it's named something else.
I am trying to make modifications to the logo, and changing the forum name from "Your first forum" to something that is meaningful for my members. Also I was reading about addins that can be made for polling and calendar functions. I used a Professional phpbb3 template so maybe admin panel is called something else? Or maybe is doesn't have the functionality I am looking for? Also I never see where the forum was registered. Shouldn't I have gotten a email from Forumotion after I setup the forum? (People are using it)
At any rate I am hoping someone can help me.
Best Regards,

Well, the ACP (Administration Control Panel) ttomis supposed to be at the bo of your forum page. You must be logged in though. Search for the 'login' tab. Press on it and login. After that, look at the bottom of the page and you'll notice the ACP. Good luck.

Try look in the footer (:
or just put this part after your url:

- Code:
/admin/index.forum

Re: Need help finding Admin panel
Thanks DarkGlow and Gangstar15 for the quick posts.
Gangstar15: I tried /admin/index.forum in the url and got an invalid page. The browser automatically converted this to http:///admin/index.forum. Maybe there is more to the address?
DarkGlow: regarding the tab that you mentioned I see none. The only thing I have are buttons labeled: Forum | Profile | Inbox | Log Out these are located in the header. In the footer I have Free forums | © phpBB | Free forum support | Statistics | Contact | Report an abuse. Other than that I see nothing.

Hi, have you tried this URL:
...replace the yourdomain.com with your actualy forum domain. Notice that I have only added /admin to the end of the domain.

Oh my goodness talk about stupid. The footer color on the template that I chose was "red" as it turns out the lettering was also "red" and made it invisible to me. When I scanned over the footer with my mouse the Administration Panel turned color to gray and became visible. Thank you for all your help, the comment that it was at the bottom of the page was what got me to thinking. Thank you very much
