no access
I have had a member register with my forum http://rodsreelscarpforum.forumotion.com but still can't get on can someone shed any light on this

Don't keep bumping this topic, leave a 24 hour gap or a reply.
Don't forget that it is VERY easy to EDIT your posts.
I already told you, ask your member if he activated his account through the email.
If that doesn't work, just inform him to make a new account!

Ok , I think this is only way. I think you already turn on the Active Email by Admin. So :
Admin panel > User & Group > User setting > Active account by: User.
Admin panel > User & Group > User setting > Active account by: User.

wwoooo there hang on i'm totally new at this & just trying to help a member
he won't be able to make a new account as he has allready used his e.mail address & it wont let him use it again
and like I just told you he has waited all day for a varification e.mail & has not recieved one

ok , if that is not help please try this , you can also active his Email.
Admin panel > User & Group > Inactive User > Active User Account.
