No admin access and no forumotion access.

I've created my forum on forumotion. All's well, kind of. I was able to register a user account. My board is showing "admin" is on line. and showing the registered user. But as admin I can't get into the board.
Firstly I have no Admin access (not even an Admin icon) I cannot get onto the area at forumotion to rearrange any aspects of the forum graphics/set up. It says my forum doesn't exist.

side note: After registering the forum on forumotion I changed the URL name . I got confirmation of this through email. Will I get another email to allow me to access my board on forumotion? I'm basically stuck in no mans land at the moment.

This is the situation I'm confronted with when I access the board, And log in.

Try login at your forumotion address as admin

at the bottom of the home page click on administration panel

It's printed in text

if you have bought a domain name from forumotion

then admin panel>>General>>Forum address>>personalised domain name

force the redirection of the URL tick the yes box and click on OK

Go to your forum's login page.

enter ur username as: Admin
enter your password as the one that you previously made it.

Try logging into Administration Panel directly by typing your standard URL forum address and adding "/admin" behind it.

so...let me clarify something...you forgot your old admin password?

Okay this is bizarre. No i hadn't forgotten my password.

I had done everything suggested here yesterday with no luck, later today it all worked.
Echo I'd done all of that, It worked today , go figure

darren I did that yesterday didn't work I did it this afternoon and it did .

I havent "bought" anything it said "free" so I'm going for "free".

Looks like I'll be on my own from here on end.

Thanks for your advice guys it's much appreciated . Still can't get onto forumotion,
I get get onto Utilities and it's now accepting my info but it's not taking me anywhere or allowing my to do anything.
I'll ask the local guru.
