HORDE mail problem error code 127

Having a problem with Horde email system. Can receive emails no problem but cannot send any. the following error. Dose anyone know what this is.

This is a problem that you need to ask the people who created Horde. It is a problem with the coding. I googled it and most topics was about the safe_mode. They say that safe_mode needs to be off for Horde to work.

On my webmail it says:

"Sending emails disabled Were On The old management tool "Horde". It Will Be Dropped on May 9, 2011 and will be replaced by The New webmail Roundcube. To Ensure the synchronization of contacts, WE recommend you transfer your address book to The New webmail."

It's not May 9th yet, but maybe they did it early.
