adding a tweet button to posts?

i want to add a tweet button to my posts so my members can share specific topics on twitter, how can i add this? i have attached a pic to show where i want the button

no i want a tweet button within the area i shown in the pic so people can tweet there topics on twitter

like when a user post a thread there is a tweet button am i right?

In this i have to insert the link of the thread which i want it to be liked and i think TWITTER HAS THE SAME SYSTEM so take the code and then tell your users that if they want their threads to be posted to twitter enter the code and add the link of your thread on the code and save the thread again.THIS WILL GET YOU THE TWITTER BUTTON AND IF ANYONE CLICKS ON IT THEN IT WILL SHOW UP ON TWITTER.

This works for all versions and all types on websites.
