How can I add a tweet button to the thread pages ?

tweet button - http://twitter.com/about/resources/tweetbutton

Example - http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=74&t=2112975#p12911300

(This button would automatically be included in every new thread)

Can this be done ? If yes can someone explain how to do it ? Thanks
