Forum running/loading slowly

I have a member who is having problems with the forum loading/running slow for her. Please see above link and read comments.

Well it seems like a lot of what i was going to suggest has already been suggested over there. It is most likely something on her end, i would make sure she dose not have to many things running in her task manager that do not need to be on.

Other then she can run all her scans and take out any spyware,adware tracking cookies etc... that may be slowing the computer down as well.

Then if that fails , you can ask her to contact her service provider and let them know she is having problems with her computer speed?

Everything on my end seems to be working OK here?
