HOW TO HAVE A WELCOME MESSAGE?

How do you add a welcome message? One that says Hi and than below log-in and register and close. Or since mine is a rsps, how would I add one that says vote with a picture and if you click on it it goes to the voting website.

PLEASE HELP!

What exactly do you mean?

Do you want to create a pop-up message BEFORE that the user register, of AFTER the registation, in a PM giving him the welcome to the forum?

Before basically an "alert" message.

Hello,

It's easy, go to:

APC => General => Forum => Configuration => Login popup

And then, create the message.
